UX/UI Designer

As UX/UI Designer you will be part of a global team helping our customers build applications from scratch or redesigning them, being the user’s advocate and the innovation seeker.

You will take the driver’s seat in creating the best possible experiences and delightful user interfaces in a fast-paced and agile environment.

Day-to-day includes:

• Crafting digital experiences in low and high-fidelity for web responsive and mobile native apps

• Articulating design decisions and communicating them to product, business and technology leaders

• Leading customers through a crafted vision to help them understand the impact of what they’re doing for the business and for the users

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams throughout the design process

• Evangelizing human-centered approaches across the organization, throughout daily practice and workshops

• Being ready for a company and team culture that challenges the status-quo, and keeps the customer’s journey to success at the center of all decisions

• Mentoring other designers and team members, both at OutSystems and as part of customer engagements

• Being a thought leader by sharing your passion for design

• Enabling customers and partners by helping them incorporate design best-practices into their everyday process

UX/UI Designer: $178,500 - $217,350 Base Salary

Salary Determination: Our salary range is based on industry standards, company performance, and market conditions. We offer competitive compensation packages to attract and retain top talent.

In determining salary ranges, we consider factors such as:

Market Research: Industry reports, salary surveys, and online salary databases

Company Performance: Financial performance, revenue growth, and budget allocation

Job Requirements: Skills, experience, and qualifications necessary for the role

Geographic Location: Cost of living, market conditions, and industry standards in our region

What we look for:

• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design; agency or consulting background preferred

• Master at finding simple solutions to complex problems using a human-centered design process

• Expert knowledge of user research, visual design, interaction design, rapid prototyping, and other relevant activities

• A leader who works independently to ensure all deliverables exceed expectations and mentors others 

• Usability and accessibility mindset

• Best friends with Figma

• Knowledge of standards and best practices for IOS, Android and Web

• Availability to travel
