Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with engineers and product managers to gather user requirements
Create user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, the voice of the customer, user journeys, customer feedback, and usability findings
Create a cohesive style guide to ensure consistent design language is followed across the product
Create prototypes, wireframes, and mock-ups to demonstrate the functioning and layout of the product
Conduct usability testing to identify gaps in design and see if they can be further improved
Responsible for staying current with new UI/UX developments and techniques
Test applications for usability, in partnership with stakeholders and users
Works in our Agile/Scrum environment, participating in and contributing to the ceremonies and processes (daily stand-ups, code reviews, sprint retrospectives, etc.) that keep the process continually improving
Works on a development team which may include other technical professionals, subject matter experts, project stakeholders and executive leadership

Compensation, Benefits and Duration
Minimum Compensation: USD 44,000
Maximum Compensation: USD 156,000
Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate. The above is a reasonable and a good faith estimate for the role.
