You'll design and execute mixed-method studies to inform intuitive, frictionless, and impactful customer experiences. You'll partner closely with designers, engineers, and product managers to ensure user insights are embedded throughout the product development lifecycle. * What you'll do:
* Lead high-impact research:
* Define and execute mixed-method research plans that address key questions about our customers, products, and business.
* Collaborate cross-functionally:
* Partner with product, design, engineering, and other teams from early ideation through launch to ensure research insights drive user-centered solutions.
* Deliver actionable insights:
* Apply best-in-class research and analysis methods- including routine VoC assessments- to align teams around user needs and drive measurable outcomes.
* Influence and advocate:
* Use storytelling and leverage your passion for UX research to advocate for user needs, mentor peers, and shape our research practice.
* What we expect of you:
* Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in human-centered research (in-person and remote). Or, 7+ years of experience in human-centered research (in-person and remote).
* Experience in agency, design, or corporate environments; experience in B2B, e-commerce, tech, or enterprise settings is a plus
* Proven ability to balance user research, business insights, and team input in decision-making
* Expertise in qualitative and quantitative methods (e.g., interviews, usability studies, surveys, co-design sessions, data analysis)
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize large datasets into actionable insights
* Portfolio or work samples demonstrating research impact on real-world digital experiences
* Excellent storytelling and communication skills across all levels of the organization
* Ability to quickly learn complex topics, think critically and collaborate across functions
* Proficiency with tools such as UserTesting, Qualtrics, Dovetail, Adobe Analytics, and Figma Pay range: $96,000 - $120,000 depending on experience and skill set Annual bonus target of 5% subject to terms and conditions of plan Benefits overview: https://cdw.benefit-info.com/ Salary ranges may be subject to geographic differentials
