Working at Infobip means being part of something truly global. With 75+ offices across six continents, we’re not just building technology — we’re shaping how more than 80% of the world connects and communicates.

As employees, we take pride in contributing to the world’s largest and only full-stack cloud communication platform. But it’s not just what we do, it’s how we do it: with curiosity, passion, and a whole lot of collaboration.

If you're looking for meaningful work and challenges that grow you in a culture where people show up with purpose, this is your opportunity.

Let’s build what’s next, together.

Are you passionate about turning data into meaningful insights that shape product innovation and strategy? As the UX Research and Product Analyst Lead, you’ll play a critical role in driving decisions within our Product Development department. You’ll lead a team dedicated to understanding customers, markets, and behaviors—and translating that knowledge into actions that fuel growth and impact.

What You Will Do

In this role, you will lead and expand three key sub-functions within Product Development: User Research, Product Analytics, and Market Research. Together, these teams ensure our product strategies are backed by evidence, relevance, and foresight.

  • Lead Research Initiatives: Oversee the design, implementation, and delivery of both qualitative and quantitative research projects aligned with business goals.

  • Guide Product Strategy: Provide actionable insights that validate current objectives and influence future roadmaps.

  • Manage and Scale the Insights Team: Hire, mentor, and develop Researchers and Analysts while ensuring the team is resourced effectively to meet evolving business needs.

  • Own the Insights Roadmap: Prioritize projects, balance competing demands, and maintain excellence in execution.

  • Champion Data-Driven Decisions: Be the trusted voice of verified, research-based insights across the organization.

Your focus will center on three pillars:

  • Obtaining valuable information

  • Creating meaning from that information

  • Leveraging that information to influence decision-making.

Why You’re a Fit for This Role

We’re looking for a leader who can combine research expertise with people leadership and business impact. You’ll thrive in this role if you bring:

  • Proven experience in user research, product analytics, and/or market research, ideally within product-led organizations.

  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of building, scaling, and mentoring high-performing teams.

  • Deep knowledge of research methodologies, data analysis techniques, and industry frameworks.

  • A balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution.

  • Excellent communication and storytelling abilities to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.

  • A passion for influencing product decisions with evidence and driving customer-centric outcomes.

When you become a part of Infobip you can expect:
