UX Designer
MeridianLink is seeking a talented UX Designer to join our UX Design team within the Product organization. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on solving complex design challenges and is passionate about creating intuitive, scalable digital experiences in financial services and lending space.
You will design primarily for B2B enterprise users (financial institutions), while shaping experiences that ultimately impact end consumers (B2B2C). You will play a key role in designing and optimizing user experiences for digital loan and account applications, ensuring workflows are efficient for internal users and effective for end users. Your work will directly impact how users interact with our digital products, helping to streamline critical financial workflows while adding moments of delight through thoughtful UI, visual, and interaction design.
This role requires strong ownership across the full design lifecycle—from problem framing through final specifications—while working within product constraints and evolving patterns within our design system. You will also have the opportunity to apply emerging AI-powered UX processes for design and testing, as well as contribute to AI features that meaningfully enhance the lending experience.
