The UX Designer will create and build marketing assets across various platforms, utilizing Webflow and HubSpot, while employing AI tools to enhance design efficiency.

We're looking for a Marketing Designer to join the marketing team at Contrarian Thinking, where we help people buy and scale real businesses through high-impact programs, live events, and training.
What You'll Be Designing (and Building):You'll own the visual execution across our marketing channels, including:
- Designing and hands-on building pages in Webflow — landing pages, event pages, program pages
- Creating and updating email templates and campaign assets in HubSpot
- Designing marketing collateral like sales decks, pitch decks, and one-pagers
- Ad creative for paid campaigns across Meta, YouTube, and display
- Event graphics, social assets, and promotional materials as needed
You'll use AI tools to accelerate every stage of the process — from generating design concepts and layout variations to producing ad creative at scale. We don't want someone who's 'open to AI.' We want someone who's already deep in it.
Who You'll Be Designing For:- Aspiring business buyers ready to escape the 9–5 and build wealth through ownership
- Business owners looking to scale, streamline, or exit
- Have 4+ years of marketing design experience with a strong portfolio
- Are proficient in Webflow — you can build and update pages without hand-holding
- Have hands-on HubSpot experience designing and deploying email templates and landing pages
- Know your way around Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite
- Already use AI image generation, design assistants, and workflow automation tools as part of your daily process — not as experiments
- Can translate brand guidelines into consistent, high-converting visuals
- Are comfortable working fast, iterating quickly, and shipping work that performs — not just looks pretty
- Understand direct response principles: what makes someone click, scroll, and convert
- Experience designing for high-ticket offers, education, or event-based businesses
- A portfolio that includes AI-assisted or AI-generated work you're proud of
- Motion graphics or light video editing skills
- Familiarity with conversion rate optimization and A/B testing ad creative
- Experience building presentation decks in tools like Canva, Keynote, or PowerPoint
