Labcorp is recruiting an UX Content Strategist for a dynamic team in North Carolina. This position can also be Remote based.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with owners and subject matter experts to understand business needs and create solutions to user problems

  • Design engaging content that serves users’ needs across channels and aligns with the Labcorp brand and tone

  • Own and evolve the editorial workflow to ensure timely delivery of digital content

  • Evaluate existing content for gaps or inconsistencies and develop strategies to address them

  • Analyze and monitor product performance through analytics and user research and make data-driven recommendations for improvement

  • Alongside key stakeholders, help define the overall user experience by collaborating closely with design, product and development teams

  • Define, execute and analyze user research studies to support product teams and develop overall UX strategy

  • Foster a healthy culture of design critique and learning by having an active voice in cross-functional design reviews

  • Guide and mentor colleagues across teams, fostering professional growth by sharing expertise and encouraging peer learning

Competencies:

  • Ability to work independently, under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks

  • Ability to advocate for the user while maintaining flexibility and supporting collaboration with development and business teams

  • Capacity to ask insightful questions that drive user-centric decisions

  • Understanding of user needs and personas and the ability to deliver content that serves the audience

  • Strong understanding of AI models, machine learning, and NLP tools.

  • Proficiency with various research methods including interviews, surveys, card sorting exercises, tree tests, usability testing, and heuristic analysis

Requirements:

Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a creative field, journalism, business, or computer science

  • At least 5 years’ experience in a content role, such as UX writing, content strategy, content marketing or journalism

  • Familiarity with AI-driven content tools, automation, or personalization strategies.

  • Experience building content pieces from the beginning to end, including planning, research, drafting, review and delivery

  • Experience leading user research initiatives, including planning, execution and analysis

  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex topics and user insights into concise, substantive copy

  • Experience collaborating with leaders, stakeholders, and subject matter experts on strategic initiatives and key projects

Application Window: 5/30/2025

Pay Range: $90K to $130K/yr

All job offers will be based on a candidate’s skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data. 

Benefits: Employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement and Employee Stock Purchase Plan.  Casual, PRN & Part Time employees regularly scheduled to work less than 20 hours are eligible to participate in the 401(k) Plan only.  For more detailed information, please click here
