About the Role
We’re looking for a User Experience (UX) Analyst to join our team and help us better understand our customers’ needs and pain points. In this role, you will gather, analyze, and synthesize feedback from a variety of sources including product reviews, customer support conversations, sales calls, surveys, and more—and turn it into actionable insights for our Product and Design teams. Your work will directly inform our roadmap and help ensure we’re solving the problems that matter most to our users.
Key responsibilities
- Collect, organize, and analyze user feedback from multiple internal and external sources (e.g., support tickets, call transcripts, reviews, surveys, NPS responses).
- Identify recurring themes, pain points, and opportunities across the customer journey.
- Create clear, concise reports and presentations to communicate insights to cross-functional stakeholders.
- Work closely with Product Managers and Designers to prioritize key issues and questions based on impact and urgency.
- Maintain and continuously improve the internal feedback pipeline and tagging/taxonomy system.
- Contribute to user-centric culture by championing the voice of the customer throughout the organization.
Skills and qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in UX research, data analysis, customer insights, or a related role.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to detect patterns in qualitative and quantitative data.
- Comfortable working across teams and synthesizing input from multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills with the ability to translate complex data into compelling narratives.
- Self-starter who takes initiative and thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Passionate about improving user experiences and making data-informed decisions.
Bonus qualifications
- Experience working in a SaaS or tech company environment.
- Familiarity with voice-of-customer (VoC) programs or CX tools.
- Basic knowledge of user experience design principles.
- Previous experience conducting user interviews or usability testing.
- Understanding of product development lifecycles and methodologies.
