Position Summary
We are currently seeking a skilled and detail oriented UV Grand Format Printer to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have experience in operating EFI 3200 Pro Vutek DTS/Roll to Roll Press, Fuji/Arizona Flatbed, HP Latex roll to roll, digital cutting and routing, and finishing equipment. This position requires a high level of attention to detail, the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues, and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
Responsibilities:
- Setup and operate Large Format/Grand Format UV, Latex, Aqueous, and digital cutting and finishing equipment.
- Thoroughly read and understand work orders for job production.
- Adjust press settings or files to optimize speed, color, or registration.
- Interpret, document, and communicate diagnostic feedback from equipment and take action to resolve production, maintenance, and repair issues.
- Pull materials and set up printers to produce jobs according to job ticket requirements.
- Move finished materials to appropriate locations and accurately document inventory changes.
- Troubleshoot and perform routine maintenance on equipment.
- Follow and comply with all safety and work rules and regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with housekeeping guidelines.
- Basic prepress and creative skills are a plus.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience operating EFI 3200 Pro Vutek Press or similar large-format printers.
- Experience with UV Roll to roll Press, and digital cutting and finishing equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to produce high-quality work.
- Ability to troubleshoot equipment issues and perform routine maintenance.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of basic prepress and creative skills is a plus.
