Fliff unpacks sports gaming into social, free-to-play games for all types of sports fans. We've built a social sports gaming experience that allows users to compete for leaderboard positioning, to achieve badges and build their status within the game.
We are pioneering play-for-fun sports gaming, with our flagship social sportsbook experience that includes sweepstakes promotions and loyalty rewards. We provide sports fans with fun, engaging, and free-to-play alternatives to real money gaming.
The Role:
We’re looking for a hands-on, data-driven User Acquisition Specialist to help scale paid performance campaigns across Fliff, Sidepot, and new Products. This role will focus on acquiring and retaining users through paid channels like Meta, TikTok, Reddit, Snapchat, Twitter/X, Google, and Bing. You’ll be responsible for building, launching, and optimizing paid media campaigns with a performance mindset - driving installs, improving ROAS, and supporting customer growth across our sports gaming, casino, and new products.
This position sits within our Marketing team and collaborates cross-functionally with creative, analytics, product, and finance to ensure campaigns are aligned with business objectives and the real-time pace of the sports world.
Key Responsibilities:
- Launch, manage, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across platforms (Meta, TikTok, Reddit, Snapchat, Twitter/X, Google, Bing)
- Analyze campaign performance and proactively adjust targeting, creative, bidding, and budgets to meet KPIs like CPA, ROAS, and LTV
- Collaborate with creative teams to test new ad formats, messaging, and visual approaches across social and display
- Develop and scale acquisition strategies tailored for sports gaming, casino, and real-time sporting events
- Report on performance and trends using dashboards and analytics tools; translate data into actionable insights
- Work closely with product and finance teams to align acquisition efforts with user lifecycle value, retention goals, and revenue forecasts
- Stay current on platform updates, media buying trends, and competitive activity in sports betting, casino, and gaming
- Test new channels and acquisition strategies to uncover additional user growth opportunities
What We're Looking For:
- 2–3 years of hands-on paid acquisition experience (agency or in-house), preferably in mobile apps within the sports betting, casino, and gaming industry
- Experience managing campaigns on major platforms: Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads, Google Ads, etc.
- Solid understanding of KPIs including CPA, ROAS, LTV, CTR, CVR, and how to optimize toward them
- Analytical thinker with a performance mindset - able to work with data to drive decisions and A/B tests
- Familiarity with MMPs like AppsFlyer, Adjust, or Singular a major plus
- Prior experience in sports betting, fantasy sports, or entertainment is highly preferred
- Willingness to work nights/weekends aligned with key sports events and calendar
- Clear, effective communicator and strong collaborator across technical and creative teams
- Passionate about sports, digital media, and performance growth
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related field
Benefits
- The annual salary for this role ranges from $70,000 to $80,000.
- Unlimited/Flexible paid time off.
- Health benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and generous parental leave.
- Employee-sponsored 401(k).
- $500 work-from-home stipend + Equipment & Accessories.
- Work Remotely.
- Opportunity for professional development in a dynamic, global setting.
- A supportive, collaborative, and knowledge-driven workplace. An engaging and challenging role with the freedom to innovate and develop effective solutions.
