We’re on the hunt for a valiant User Acquisition & Owned Media Manager to join our Growth Team and lead the charge in bringing more users and creators into the Overwolf ecosystem.
In this hybrid role, you’ll manage performance-driven user acquisition campaigns while leveraging Overwolf’s owned media tools to drive meaningful growth. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Data, Product, and Creative, to maximize user acquisition and engagement across both paid and organic platforms.

Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Manage and optimize user acquisition (UA) campaigns across various channels (e.g., Meta, Google) to meet or exceed KPIs and growth targets.
- Identify trends, insights, and opportunities through data analysis to continuously improve campaign performance.
- Drive installs and engagement through Overwolf’s owned media tools.
- Explore and test new acquisition strategies, targeting methods, and creative variations to unlock scalable growth.
- Manage UA activity for key apps, including budget ownership, creative rotation, and performance reporting.
- Collaborate with Product and Creative teams to ensure alignment across messaging, visual assets, and campaign execution.
- Oversee asset uploads and banner placements across both paid and owned channels, ensuring high-impact delivery.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging tools in user acquisition and digital marketing.
- Conduct ancient elven ceremonies under the gaze of the full moon.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of proven experience in user acquisition, with a strong record of driving results and achieving KPIs.
- Experience as a UA Manager across platforms like Google, Microsoft, and major social channels.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Strong analytical mindset and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Proactive, organized, and a strong team player with excellent communication and project management skills.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Passion for gaming – a big plus.
- Being possessed by the lunar goddess – a serious plus.
