Roles & Responsibilities
- Responsible for recurrent contact, sales, interaction with 15-20 clients ‘strategic’ customers within this region.
- Responsible for managing, recurrent tracker and supervision of channel partner activities at contact, sales, interaction with customers in the region.
- Responsible for managing public sector opportunities within his region, including leadership over public sales direct representative.
- Apply proper market development and marketing/products initiatives in order to capture sales opportunities, guaranteeing the better mix of market share and profitability.
- Lead US sales business with accountability of orders, market share, profitability and sales execution (orders backlog control), by using metrics, market data within lean governance.
- Responsible to guarantee and influence linearity in quarter
- Guaranteeing a proper market mindshare with this client
- Responsible to coordinate a small team. Managing this employee’s day to day, support in eventual critical deals, relationship with a complex client. Responsible to revise and push with this group the achievement of sales, orders, CM, PD and linearity in quarters.
- Responsible to guarantee this team number execution and team´s development.
- Responsible to identify in his region of responsibility trends, market insights and bring this data with solutions/ suggestions to US Business Sales Manager
- Guarantee that all deals, negotiations are being discussed following GE´s compliance policy.
- Responsible to manager within his assigned territory the Channel Partners (full life cycle – identification, recruiting, on boarding, training and number executing). Work in partnership with CP team(internal) when needed.
- Accountable to continuously study and be updated in regards of US products and technology.
Skills
- Knowledge and previous experience in HC Sales Market
- Knowledge and experience with Sales KPIs and metrics
- Strong commercial and negotiation skills
- Graduation concluded
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Availability to travel in national territory
- Intermediate/ advances skills in Office
Desirable
- Proven experience in previous leadership roles
- Experience managing channel partners
- Intermediate English.
