- Responsible for developing potential overseas clients for the company's various product lines (overseas traditional security lenses, AIOT & consumer field lenses, ARVR & projection & camera, parts, modules, optical machines, whole machine business), maintaining customer relationships, and being accountable for overall business objectives.
- Responsible for product planning, closely collaborating with the product team to enhance product competitiveness, meet customer needs, and adapt to market changes.
- Responsible for team building, management, and training of the business team, enhancing team's professional capabilities and collaborative efficiency, and inspiring team's enthusiasm and creativity.
- Bachelor's degree or above in marketing or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in overseas business development/management, with experience in managing billion-level business operations, possessing strong capabilities in marketing strategic planning, execution, and implementation.
- Experience in independently developing and maintaining global major clients, rich in cross-cultural communication and negotiation skills, fluent in English in listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
- Experience in product planning, able to propose valuable product suggestions based on market demand and technological trends.
- Strong ability in team building, management, and coaching.
