Job Duties and Responsibilities
We are invested in our future talent, and the University Relations team is in the midst of it all. We're looking for a passionate Campus Recruiter with a desire to learn, who, like the rest of our dynamic team, does whatever it takes to deliver a best-in-class candidate experience.
The University Relations recruiter focuses on identifying and attracting top talent from universities and colleges to meet our organization's hiring needs. They actively engage with students through campus recruitment events, career fairs, and informational sessions to promote job opportunities and internships. By building relationships with academic institutions and leveraging university networks, they aim to source high-quality candidates, streamline the recruitment process, and effectively match students' skills and aspirations with our job requirements and culture.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and recruit interns and grads from target universities, using your knowledge of various on-campus programs, tools, activities, etc.
  • Represent the organization at career fairs, networking events, and university-sponsored activities to engage with prospective students
  • Build university partnerships with diversity organizations, student and industry-specific organizations, and other on-campus contacts
  • Establish relationships with business leaders and other key stakeholders to deliver recruiting initiatives, and programs and share/leverage best practices
  • Understand our culture to help assess candidate fit on behalf of hiring managers, hiring teams, and our organization
  • Coordinate and conduct interviews, questionnaires, and other selection processes in collaboration with relevant departments
  • Work closely with internal teams, such as human resources, hiring managers, and department heads, to align recruitment efforts with organizational goals and needs
  • Working with a high-volume applicant flow and funneling it down to a high-quality candidate pool
  • Responsible for the new graduate hiring process
  • Operate within a seasonal recruitment cycle to effectively attract and recruit interns and new graduates


Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:

  • About 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar field, which helps in understanding the recruiting landscape and candidate experience


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Comfortable engaging with students, faculty, and hiring managers, as well as delivering presentations and information sessions
  • Relationship builder who is able to establish and maintain strong connections with the students, universities, and stakeholders
  • Experience with the Handshake platform and iCIMS ATS preferred


Salary Ranges
Compensation: $63,150.00/Year - $90,000.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location. Candidates need to successfully complete a pre-employment screen, which may include a drug test and DMV check.
This will be posted for a minimum of 3 days or until the position is filled.
