Key Responsibilities:
- Manage schedules, calendars, and registration systems for internal and external events
- Partner with internal and external vendors, travel, facilities to support events
- Track attendance, RSVPs, and follow-ups using tools such as Excel, event platforms, or applicant tracking systems
- Manage conference room space and technology needs (e.g., A/V setup, presentation materials) with IT and facilities teams
- Place and manage catering orders, ensuring dietary needs and preferences are considered
- Send timely communications to attendees, vendors, and stakeholders
Skills, Experience and Requirements
Basic Requirements:
- 3 years of work experience
- Prior experience in event planning and or logistics
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree
- Ability to wear many hats and thrive in a busy environment
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive, can-do attitude
- Comfort with technology systems (e.g., Google Workspace, Outlook, Zoom, Calendly, ATS platforms)
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills-you're a natural host
- Ability to lift and move light event materials or catering items, as needed
