The Role
We’re seeking a highly motivated Sales Operations Specialist to optimize our sales processes, enhance pipeline visibility, and enable smarter decision-making across our commercial team. This role is critical in ensuring our sales engine runs efficiently, accurately, and with strategic clarity. As a Sales Operations Specialist, you’ll partner closely with Sales, Operations, Marketing, Finance, and Product to support revenue growth and planning through data, process, and tool optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- CRM Management: Maintain and optimize our CRM (e.g., HubSpot or Salesforce), ensuring data accuracy, user adoption, and reporting reliability.
- Sales Analytics: Track key performance metrics (pipeline velocity, conversion rates, forecast accuracy), and produce dashboards and reports for sales leadership.
- Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in lead routing, pipeline management, and quoting, and drive improvements through automation and best practices.
- Sales Enablement Support: Collaborate with marketing and product to equip the sales team with updated playbooks, collateral, and training resources.
- Forecasting & Planning: Assist in quarterly sales planning, operations planning, and goal setting based on historical trends and business priorities.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the bridge between Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Operations to align processes and ensure smooth execution.
Requirements
Required Experience
- 3–5 years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Sales Support roles
- Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales automation platforms
- Strong analytical skills; comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets, dashboards, and basic data manipulation
- 3-5 years’ experience with B2B sales cycles, preferably in logistics, supply chain, or eCommerce industries
- Experience in a fast-paced startup or high-growth environment
Bonus Points
- Logistics or last-mile delivery industry experience
- Salesforce Admin or similar CRM certifications
- BI tools experience (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
