Job Description SummaryAs an Ultrasound Sales Specialist North Poland you will ensure the sales results in the area of Pomorskie and Warmińsko-Mazurskie Voivodeship. In collaboration with the Application Specialist and the Country Manager, you will identify new clients and sell the ultrasound products into the different therapeutic areas such as Cardiology, Radiology, Women’s Health. You will actively participate in the strategy for Sales and Marketing Communication towards the market. In this role you will report to the Ultrasound Sales Manager Poland. This role requires knowledge of the Polish public and private healthcare market, a medical technology commercial background, knowledge of Ultrasound (preferred) as well as good English.Job Description

- Achieve annual, quarterly and monthly sales and revenue targets;
- Develop long-term customer relationships coupled with the ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities that immediately satisfy customer needs.
- Development and execution of sales strategies and tactical plans; Provide accurate sales forecasting for the region;
- Observe and report market development and ensure corrective actions if necessary;
- Attend conferences and trade shows to increase awareness of ultrasound products among physicians and hospital administrators who purchase diagnostic equipment.
- Provide feedback to the Marketing Department regarding trends and changes discovered during sales activities.
- Coordinate the scheduling of clinical demonstrations at various locations throughout territory. Arrange for transportation of equipment and coordinate the logistics of product evaluations.
- Participate in special projects such as major promotions, new product introductions, and new marketing strategies.
- A job at this level requires strong interpersonal skills. Acts as a resource for colleagues.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of three years of successful sales experience required preferably in a medical device environment.
- Knowledgeable of ultrasound technology (or Medical Imaging) and its applications in medical settings preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal skills necessary to effectively communicate with customers and other healthcare professionals.
- Strong organizational skills needed to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Ability to demonstrate excellent judgment and decision making.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external customers.
- Self-motivated to work independently with little direct supervision.
