We’re growing our Life Sciences team to support the increasing demand for our User-Level Data (ULD) Life Science offerings. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with raw, unstructured data and building scalable solutions from the ground up. You’ll take full ownership of how ULD data is delivered, managed, and reported—powering campaign execution and client reporting. You'll work cross-functionally with Client Success, Sales, and Engineering teams to ensure seamless delivery, accuracy, and performance insight. The RoleManage ULD campaign setup, data ingestion, and secure delivery (SFTP/S3)
Troubleshoot and resolve data quality issues and file errors
Collaborate with Sales, Client Success, and Lifecycle Strategy to ensure accurate and timely delivery
Customize external-facing reports and presentations to highlight campaign performance
Translate client data format requirements into deliverable solutions
Support onboarding for pharma and agency partners by managing technical setup and testing
3+ years of experience delivering insights and reports to key stakeholders
Bachelor’s degree in a technical or quantitative field (e.g., Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering) or equivalent practical experience
Strong SQL skills, including complex queries and data extraction
Proficient in Python, with the ability to write, maintain, and troubleshoot scripts
Comfortable working with large datasets and identifying patterns, trends, and relationships
Experience managing data delivery through tools like SFTP or S3
Collaborative mindset and experience partnering with cross-functional teams such as Sales or Client Success
