The Associate Personal Banker will engage customers, assist with account openings, service requests, and promote banking products while adhering to policies and regulations.

We are seeking a talented UI/UX Front-End Software Engineer to join our PriceAdvantage team. The ideal candidate is passionate about crafting intuitive, engaging, and aesthetically pleasing user experiences. You will work closely with designers, product managers, and back-end engineers to develop responsive, high-performance web applications that provide a seamless experience for our users.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a visually appealing user interfaces (UI) with coding knowledge to implement designs into functional digital products.
  • Ensure a seamless user experience across websites and software applications.
  • Translate wireframes, prototypes, and visual mockups, and translate them into code using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to optimize user interaction

  • Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and accessibility.

  • Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code following best practices.

  • Work with back-end developers to ensure seamless data flow.

  • Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to refine the user experience.

  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in UI/UX and front-end development.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve UI/UX issues to enhance user satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Front-End Engineer, UI/UX Developer, or similar role.

  • Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

  • Experience with CSS preprocessors (SASS/LESS) and UI component libraries (e.g., Material-UI, Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap).

  • Knowledge of responsive design principles and accessibility standards 

  • Strong understanding of UI/UX best practices and design principles.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience with front-end performance optimization techniques.

  • Knowledge of design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.

  • Experience working in an Agile development environment.

  • Interacting with RESTful API
  • HTML, JSON, JavaScript, CSS
  • C# experience a plus
  • AWS Serverless a plus
  • User Interface design experience required
  • Proven graphic design skills a plus

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Competitive salary range from $90k - $120k depending upon experience
