Responsibilities
Design intuitive, user-centered digital interfaces aligned with product and business objectives.
Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and internal platforms.
Conduct user research and usability testing to identify pain points and improve user experience.
Collaborate with the Marketing team to ensure seamless design implementation.
Develop and maintain design systems and UI standards to ensure consistency across platforms.
Translate complex processes into simple, efficient, and engaging user experiences.
Iterate designs based on user feedback, performance insights, and stakeholder input.
Support digital product strategy through experience-driven design thinking.
Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
Stay current with UI/UX trends, tools, accessibility standards, and best practices.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in UI/UX Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Digital Media, or related field (or currently pursuing).
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Canva, or similar).
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability standards.
Ability to translate research insights into functional and visually appealing interfaces.
Comfort working with web and digital product environments.
Strong attention to detail, structure, and user flow consistency.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Comfort working in a remote, fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
Experience conducting usability testing or user interviews.
Familiarity with responsive design and accessibility standards (WCAG principles).
Basic understanding of front-end development concepts (HTML/CSS is a plus).
Experience developing design systems or UI component libraries.
Understanding of product lifecycle and agile workflows.
Portfolio demonstrating UI/UX projects, wireframes, and prototypes.
Interest in consulting, product strategy, or digital transformation environments.
