This is a remote position and can be located anywhere in the United States.

Responsibilities:

  • User Experience (UX) Design: Dive deep into user needs, creating personas and mapping out journeys to ensure our software is truly user-centric and easy to navigate.
  • Rapid Prototyping & Wireframing: Quickly build and iterate on prototypes and wireframes, bringing ideas to life efficiently to test concepts and gather early feedback.
  • Craft Engaging Interfaces: Bring our client’s software to life with stunning high impact visual designs, focusing on layouts, typography, and color to create a seamless experience.
  • Design Execution & Refinement: Create detailed wireframes and interactive prototypes, getting hands-on to ensure designs are feasible and polished. You'll also participate in reviews to keep things running smoothly.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with client stakeholders, developers, product managers, and other stakeholders; gathering requirements, conducting demos and feedback sessions to ensure client needs are met quickly and smartly.
  • Test and Learn: Gather feedback, conduct usability tests, and iterate on your designs to continuously improve and deliver the best possible experience.

Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of proven experience in full-cycle software design (from wireframing and prototyping to high-fidelity mockups), ideally across a product portfolio.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing your UX and UI design skills, including examples of rapid prototyping and iteration.
  • Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with experience working with cross-functional teams and external clients.
