As a Senior UI/UX Designer at Worth AI, you will have the opportunity to contribute to user-centered design processes and help enhance the overall user experience of our innovative software solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand user specifications and create intuitive user flows and wireframes.
  • Design visually appealing interfaces, balancing aesthetics with usability and accessibility principles.
  • Conduct user research, surveys, and interviews to gather insights and ensure user-centric design decisions.
  • Create user personas, storyboards, and user journey maps to define the end-to-end user experience.
  • Develop interactive prototypes to showcase design concepts and facilitate user testing and feedback.
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure design implementation aligns with the intended user experience.
  • Continuously iterate and refine designs based on user feedback, data analysis, and industry best practices.
Requirements
  • 5+ years Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, preferably in a software or technology company.
  • Proficiency with design and wireframing tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
  • Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
  • Solid understanding of web and mobile design standards and trends.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and collaborative skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions to cross-functional teams.
  • Prior experience in Risk, Underwriting and/or Payments Industry
