Join the Future of Building Automation: UI/UX Designer at Setpoint Systems Corporation!

Are you a creative designer with a knack for making complex systems look stunning and work effortlessly? Setpoint Systems Corporation (SSC) is looking for a UI/UX Designer to help us bridge the gap between heavy-duty mechanical engineering and sleek, intuitive user accessibility.

Based in the Denver area, you’ll be at the forefront of the Building Automation Systems (BAS) industry, turning technical data into dynamic, real-time visualizations that power the buildings of tomorrow.

The Mission

As our UI/UX Designer, you won't just be "making things pretty"—you’ll be building the digital nervous system for complex facilities. You will take intricate mechanical control logic and transform it into user-friendly floor plans, equipment graphics, and high-level dashboards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design & Development: Create visually appealing interfaces for central plants, air handling units, and electrical systems using Delta Controls software.

  • Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret mechanical and electrical drawings to ensure every graphic is a perfect digital twin of the physical installation.

  • Maintain Standards: Ensure every project reflects the high-quality standards and navigation structures expected by SSC and our clients.

  • Hands-on Learning: Get out of the office! You’ll participate in site visits to see the physical systems you are visualizing in action.
What You Bring to the Table

  • A strong eye for design and a passion for functional, responsive UI/UX.

  • The ability to interpret technical specifications and complex equipment sequences.

  • A commitment to growth—you’ll be expected to hit the ground running with a rigorous training schedule, including Master level certification through George University.

  • A collaborative spirit to work under the Lead UI/UX Designer and meet project-specific needs.
    The Details

  • Salary: $50,000 – $70,000 per year.

  • Location: Denver, CO.

  • Growth: We invest in our people through dedicated learning paths, internal promotions, and continuing education.
    Ready to design the future?
Apply today to join the Setpoint Systems team and turn technical complexity into digital clarity.

  • Would you like me to help you draft some interview questions specifically for this role or create a LinkedIn post to help promote the opening?
