Job Description

Ø 5 years of strong hands-on experience in defect coordination for QA and UAT

Ø Strong communication & presentation skills (both written & verbal) and should be self-driven

Ø Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in IBM’s CLM (Rational Quality Manager/Rational Test Concert)

Ø Good working knowledge in MS Excel macros to build reports out of defect data from multiple projects

Ø Strong testing concepts & methodologies and be able to work hands-on testing in a dynamic environment

Ø Thorough knowledge and experience in overall defect management life cycle, driving the defect triage by closely working with Dev, QA, PMO

Ø Proven track record in client facing roles managing various stakeholders of the project/program representing QA team

Ø Generate report metrics from CLM as needed by the Project management and client leadership

Ø Coordinate and facilitate daily or weekly defect triage/status meetings.
