What Makes This Role Great:

In this role, you will act as a strategic lynchpin within our Customer Success Organization, serving as the premier MEP VDC expert for high-profile General Contractors and Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing contractors. This is not about supporting the software; you will drive adoption and value realization through deep product and industry expertise, technical advisory and product demonstrations, while also architecting digital transformation roadmaps and authoring best-practice content for the Trimble Community, directly influencing how the global construction industry realizes the value of the Trimble Construction One ecosystem.

Key Exciting Responsibilities
  • Serve as a Strategic Technical Advisor: Act as an MEP VDC expert on high-impact engagements, providing product strategy, technical guidance, and "how-to" best practices for Trimble’s VDC suite.

  • Drive Value Realization: Help customers unlock the full potential of SysQue, Connect2Fab, and FabShop by integrating deep Revit expertise with mechanical contracting best practices.

  • Architect Adoption Roadmaps: Support the development of strategic use cases and digital roadmaps to ensure optimal product usage across all levels of a customer's organization.

  • Champion the Customer Voice: Advocate for client needs across Trimble’s internal teams—including Sales, Product, and Support—to ensure long-term technical success and platform improvement.

  • Influence the Industry: Create and publish engaging, expert-level content for the Trimble Community to help customers master VDC tools at scale.

Essential Skills & Experience
  • Deep Revit Mastery: Extensive, in-depth experience with Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) Revit is essential.

  • Industry Foundation: Solid background in mechanical contracting (a related specialty trade is also valuable).

  • Consulting Prowess: Proven experience in client services, technical consulting, or field-based VDC software implementation.

  • Communication Excellence: Exceptional executive-level communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.

  • Collaborative Mindset: A track record of working across matrixed organizations to achieve results for customers in a fast-paced environment.

Bonus Points For:
  • Hands-on familiarity with SysQue, FabShop, or the broader Trimble Construction One ecosystem is a strong plus.

  • Advanced degree (MA/MS) in a relevant field.

  • Existing relationships within the broader construction technology (ConTech) ecosystem.

Logistics:
  • Location: Westminster, CO (near Denver) or Lake Oswego, OR (near Portland) working an average 4 days per week in office

  • Travel Requirement: 10-20% (Estimated based on engagement needs)

Compensation:  Trimble provides the following compensation range and general description of other compensation and benefits that it in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position. This compensation range is based on a full time schedule. Trimble reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant’s sex or other status protected by local, state, or federal law.

$105,600.00–$145,200.00
