At Sprinter Health, our mission is to dramatically expand access to healthcare by reimagining the patient experience—delivered at home and powered by technology for scale.

We're building the technology and clinical services platform to make preventive, connected healthcare accessible for everyone in the US. We deliver hybrid care (in-home + virtual) backed by data products across 15+ states, serving 60%+ of the US population through major health plans and systems.

With 1M+ patients and 92+ NPS, we're rapidly scaling our impact. Our team of technologists, clinicians, and operators is backed by investors including a16z, General Catalyst, GV, and Accel that have funded companies like Devoted Health, Livongo, Benchling, Stripe, Ramp, Airbnb, Lyft, Instagram, and Databricks.

We have a rapidly growing team of visionary leaders who are passionate about increasing access to care, lowering healthcare costs, and improving outcomes for patients.

YOUR MISSION SHOULD YOU CHOOSE TO ACCEPT

We’re looking for a motivated and entrepreneurial Travel Logistics Coordinator to optimize the logistics of our decentralized workforce that enables us to see even the most remote of patients. This is a newly created role that promises immediate impact and offers significant opportunities for growth and influence.

At Sprinter Health, we’re always on the move—and we need someone who can keep pace. We’re looking for a Travel Logistics Coordinator who’s equal parts travel agent, air traffic controller, and project manager, ready to chart the course for our Sprinters (mobile phlebotomists and clinicians) as they crisscross the country.

This role goes beyond booking—it’s about building a scalable system for tracking, managing, and communicating travel logistics in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

You’ll partner closely with the Market Strategy, Field Support, and Clinical Management teams to ensure Sprinters are in the right place at the right time—with clear visibility across the org. This role is ideal for someone who can think like a project manager, communicate clearly, and create clarity out of complexity.

ABOUT THE ROLE

  • Manage end-to-end travel coordination for Sprinters, including flights, hotel bookings, ground transportation, and itinerary management, serving as their primary point of contact.
  • Coordinate travel for both short-term assignments and long-term deployments across the US.
  • Source and secure lodging and meeting spaces for training events.
  • Create and distribute immaculate itineraries for all travel assignments that include all the details of the trip and information about destination.
  • Act as the first line of support for travel-related issues, cancellations, or change...often in real time.
  • Build and manage vendor relationships (travel agencies, hotel groups, etc.) and negotiate favorable rates.
  • Track and reconcile travel expenses, coordinating closely with Finance to ensure accurate reporting, and budget adherence.
  • Document and maintain standard operating procedures for all travel workflows, updating as needed to reflect best practices.

  • Design and maintain a centralized system to track where Sprinters are traveling, when, and for how long—creating visibility for stakeholders across Ops, Clinical, and People teams.

  • Communicate itineraries and changes clearly to Sprinters, Clinical Managers, and Market Operations leads.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven Expertise: Minimum 3+ years of experience in travel logistics coordination, operations support, or project management (healthcare, startup, or field-based ops experience preferred).
  • Project Management: High attention to detail and ability to spot and solve logistical gaps.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Excellent communication skills and experience working with diverse teams across an organization
  • Out of The Box Thinking: The ability to rapidly extrapolate for hazy data and information to create actionable solutions that align with organizational objectives.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • PMP certification
  • Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, supply chain, or any relevant field
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace (Sheets, Calendar, Docs, etc.)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with project management platforms such as ClickUp, Notion, Asana, Jira, etc.

BENEFITS

  • Medical, dental, and vision plans 100% paid for you and your dependents
  • Flexible PTO + 11 paid holidays per year
  • 401(k) with a match
  • 16-week parental leave policy for birthing parent, 8 weeks for all other parents
  • HSA contributions
  • Life insurance, plus short and long-term disability coverage
  • Competitive salary + equity package
  • Virtual + in-person activities, to stay connected in a distributed culture
  • Annual learning stipend
