CrossFit is looking to hire a Travel Coordinator Contractor to manage domestic and international travel logistics for our seminar staff. This role involves planning complex, multi-traveler itineraries while balancing cost-efficiency and traveler experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills and the ability to anticipate and resolve challenges in a fast-paced environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Book and coordinate flights, hotels, and ground transportation for domestic and international staff.
- Research cost-effective travel options that align with company policy, budges and arrival requirements.
- Track and maintain all travel itineraries, compiling individual travel arrangements into comprehensive travel plans for seminar staff.
- Monitor travel schedules and proactively address changes, delays, cancellations, or other travel disruptions.
- Assist with booking travel for groups and individuals traveling for special events and meetings.
- Be on-call for travel emergencies one to two Friday nights per month.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to respond effectively in a fast-paced environment.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
- High school diploma or GED (required).
- Experience coordinating domestic and international travel.
- Proficiency with travel booking platforms, online research tools, and Google Workspace.
- Experience coordinating travel for events, seminars, conferences, or corporate teams.
