Key Responsibilities:
· Oversee daily employee transport operations, ensuring timely and efficient pickup and drop-off services.
· Coordinate with transport vendors, drivers, and employees to manage schedules, routes, and service quality.
· Monitor and report on transport performance metrics, costs, and utilization using advanced Excel tools.
· Handle escalations and resolve transport-related issues promptly.
· Ensure compliance with organizational transport policies and safety standards.
· Support monthly billing validation, MIS reporting, and audit requirements.
· Collaborate with HR, Admin, and vendor teams for smooth operational execution.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
· 5–8 years of experience in employee transport operations.
· Consistent career history with long tenure in previous organizations.
· Strong proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, dashboards, etc.).
· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
· Ability to work in a 24×7 environment and handle multiple priorities.
· Immediate joiner preferred.
