The Opportunity
As a Transfer Pricing Associate, you will engage in navigating the complexities of global tax regulations, optimizing intercompany pricing to align with value creation and tax efficiency. Within our Tax practice, you will contribute to designing and implementing effective international tax structures, reinforcing compliance with cross-border regulations. This role offers the chance to work closely with clients, helping them optimize their tax strategies and seize opportunities for sustainable growth.
As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to client engagements, developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients to build meaningful connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, embrace ambiguity, ask questions, and use these challenges as opportunities for growth.
In this role, you will be part of a dynamic environment where you will support senior staff, engage in research, and participate in project tasks. You will develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is changing, using critical thinking to break down complex concepts and interpret data to inform insights and recommendations.
Responsibilities
- Conducting financial modeling and analysis to support transfer pricing strategies
- Navigating transfer pricing regulations to optimize intercompany pricing and align with tax efficiency
- Engaging in tax research to provide accurate and up-to-date information and advice
- Collaborating with teams to design and implement effective international tax structures
- Analyzing financial statements to assess the health and performance of business operations
- Participating in client support tasks to enhance compliance and minimize risks
- Utilizing intellectual curiosity to explore innovative solutions in the global tax landscape
- Translating economic data to inform strategic decision-making and value creation
What You Must Have
- Currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor's degree in one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Economics, Finance
- At least a 3.0 overall GPA
- Client service associate positions are entry-level roles and job seekers have completed or are in the process of completing their final academic year of educational requirements

The salary range for this position is: $53,500 - $142,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
