About the Role
We’re looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Transaction Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll partner with our General Manager, Acquisition Agents, and Escrow companies to streamline processes, ensure compliance, and drive transactions forward with minimal delays. You’ll be the trusted point of contact who takes ownership once a deal is under contract, ensuring sellers, tenants, and vendors all have a smooth experience from start to close.

Key Responsibilities:
- Review contracts and disclosures for accuracy and compliance
- Ensure adherence to internal title underwriting requirements (trusts, FinCEN, power of attorney, probates, etc.)
- Build strong relationships with sellers, Escrow companies, New Western agents, and third-party vendors
- Coordinate final walk-throughs and confirm occupancy status
- Take ownership of transactions once under contract, moving them efficiently through escrow
- Guide sellers through the closing and escrow process with clear communication
- Coordinate inspections with third-party vendors
- Collect and manage tenant information when properties are occupied
- Verify disclosures and contracts in ZipForms, ensuring EMD is populated correctly
- Negotiate cash-for-keys with tenants when needed
- Encourage referrals from satisfied sellers

- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field preferred
- Detail-oriented with exceptional follow-through
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to build trust and positive relationships across multiple stakeholders
