Beeline Equity is redefining how homeowners access their equity - offering fast, flexible solutions that allow clients to eliminate debt and access cash in as little as 10-14 business days. As a high-growth, entrepreneurial company, we’re seeking an experienced Transaction Coordinator to manage deals from intake through close, ensuring a seamless and efficient client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the full lifecycle of Beeline Equity transactions from initial client engagement through closing
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering a high level of service and guidance throughout the process
- Evaluate and structure deals with a strong understanding of home equity solutions
- Guide clients through documentation requirements, ensuring accuracy and file completeness
- Proactively identify and resolve issues to keep transactions on track and avoid delays
- Consistently meet closing targets
Qualifications:
- 1–3+ years of experience as a Loan Originator, Loan Officer Assistant, Processor, HEI customer service, or similar role is a plus
- Strong understanding of mortgage or home equity products
- Experience managing pipelines and client communication
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment and demonstrate a high level of adaptability
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
