Job Duties and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute internal communication that align with business objectives and initiatives
  • Write, edit, and distribute internal communications, ensuring clarity, concision, and alignment with key messaging for fast turnaround and accurate information
  • Collaborate with various departments and senior leadership to ensure consistent and clear messaging
  • Manage communications within the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring high-quality, consistent, and diverse types of content are regularly posted for employees
    • Collaborate with content owners to define engaging content strategies and provide guidance on creating and organizing content within the platform
    • Offer expertise in structuring and optimizing content for easy navigation, searchability, and user engagement
  • Seek out, suggest, and help implement best practices with regard to measuring and analyzing the effectiveness of our current internal communications programs
  • Bring creative flair to everything you do, from leadership messages to event announcements
  • Periodically support Instructional Designers by reviewing training materials to align the communication approach

Skills, Experience and Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, preferably in Communications, English, Education, Instructional Design, or similar
  • 1-2 years experience developing and deploying communications targeted to a multitude of audiences
  • Some experience in training development (not required)

Location: T his is a 100% in office/onsite position located in Littleton, Colorado

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $63,150.00/Year - $90,000.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
