Qualifications

An Am Law 100 firm with offices across the U.S. and internationally, a trademark associate for their Denver office. This Associate will have the opportunity to work on trademark clearance, prosecution, and enforcement matters; trademark and copyright litigation before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board and the courts; copyright prosecution and enforcement matters; intellectual property licensing; intellectual property-related due diligence in corporate transactions; domain name registration and enforcement; and trademark and copyright enforcement on social media and other websites.  The firm offers opportunities for advancement within a collegial and dynamic environment, competitive salary, and excellent benefits.


Qualified candidates will have:

·         Four to six years of trademark experience,

·         Strong organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail,

·         Excellent communication, analytical and writing skills,

·         A record of strong academic performance, and

·         Enjoy working in a team oriented setting.


Colorado bar admission preferred.
