  • Communication & Leadership: Strong ability to influence stakeholders, manage cross-functional teams, and drive initiatives to completion

  • Problem-Solving: Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues

What will be your key responsibilities?
  • Program Management: Lead the end-to-end implementation of the TPM system in partnership with key stakeholders from Markets and Operating Entities (OEs), ensuring timely and successful execution while aligning with business objectives

  • System Integration: Work with IT teams and vendors to ensure seamless integration of TPM with existing ERP, CRM, and analytics platforms

  • Training & Change Management: Provide inputs on training programs, change management activities, and communication strategies to ensure smooth user adoption and minimize disruption to business operations

  • Data Management & Analytics: Employ a ‘data-led’ mindset to ensure data accuracy, reporting, and analytics capabilities within the TPM system to support business decision-making

  • Issue Escalation: Serve as an escalation point from market teams up to the global SRM team and leadership teams

  • Continuous Improvement: Monitor and measure program rollout success factors, gather feedback, and recommend enhancements to maximize efficiency

  • As a leader of the Trade Promotion Management deployment, the role collaborates closely with GMs, Sales Heads, CFOs, local SRM and Sales Finance leaders to deliver against the value creation plan in OEs
