Job Description

As a Total Rewards Manager, you will own and continuously develop SIXT’s total rewards strategy to attract, motivate, and retain top talent. A key part of your role is to create and evolve SIXT’s Employee Value Proposition, ensuring our compensation, benefits, and rewards clearly reflect what makes SIXT a great place to grow. As a strategic partner to HR, Finance, and leadership, you will translate business ambition into compelling, competitive, and compliant rewards programs. 

  

  YOUR ROLE AT ASIXT  

  • You design and continuously improve compensation structures, salary bands, and incentive programs 
  • You lead annual compensation processes including merit increases, bonuses, and pay reviews 
  • You conduct market benchmarking to ensure competitive and equitable pay practices 
  • You Lead enterprise-wide benefits programs, driving vendor management, renewals, and cost optimization while partnering with Compliance to oversee Leave of Absence (LOA) benefits, streamline LOA administration, and deliver organization-wide LOA policy education 
  • You develop and drive SIXT’s total rewards strategy in close partnership with HR and Finance 
  • You ensure compliance with labor laws, pay transparency requirements, and internal governance 

 

YOUR SKILLS MATTER 

  • Experience You bring 8+ years of deep expertise in total rewards, including advanced compensation design, incentive programs, and benefits strategy within complex or high-growth organizations 
  • Education You hold a Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications (CCP, GRP, CEBS) are a strong plus 
  • Technical Proficiency You demonstrate advanced proficiency in compensation benchmarking, job architecture, market pricing tools, HRIS platforms, and data analytics, with strong command of Microsoft Office applications 
  • Soft Skills You are a trusted advisor with exceptional stakeholder management skills, able to influence senior leaders, translate complex data into clear insights, and drive decision-making 
  • Commitment to Excellence You are highly accountable, outcome-driven, and continuously raise the bar by proactively identifying opportunities to optimize rewards strategy and business impact
