The Total Rewards Analyst will analyze compensation data, manage benefits programs, ensure compliance with regulations, and provide employee support.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Administer health and welfare programs, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, HSA/FSA, and COBRA.
- Ensure accuracy in data transmission to vendors for eligibility and enrollment.
- Respond to routine and escalated benefits inquiries from employees regarding plan details, claims, and eligibility.
- Conduct audits and manage benefit deductions across multiple plans to ensure accurate payroll funding and reconciliation.
- Ensure compliance with applicable federal and state laws, including ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, and FMLA.
- Analyze and implement changes based on updated regulations and organizational requirements.
- Collaborate with multiple vendors and internal teams to support efficient administration and issue resolution.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Workday HCM and Payroll experience preferred.
- Experience with vendor platforms such as Bswift, The Hartford, and/or Willis Towers Watson.
- Deep understanding of federal and state benefits regulations including ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, COBRA, and FMLA.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field — or equivalent relevant experience.
