SUMMARY
Titles Admin is responsible for supporting daily operational workflows associated with document intake, title pairing, scanning, sorting, and administrative processing activities. This role plays a key part in maintaining organized, accurate, and timely movement of files throughout the operation to support production efficiency, quality standards, and service-level expectations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, dependable, and capable of managing repetitive administrative tasks in a fast-paced operational environment while maintaining accuracy and urgency
- Pull daily files and match with incoming titles.
- Order checks and pair them with the appropriate files for processing.
- Scan incoming documentation.
- Print and apply lender-funded labels and organize files into designated locations.
- Scan, assign, and organize title rejections for operational review and resolution.
- Support file organization, document tracking, and operational readiness across the department.
- Assist with file cleanup processes
- Maintain accurate documentation and proper handling of sensitive customer information.
- Identify workflow issues, missing documents, or mismatched information and escalate appropriately.
- Perform additional administrative and operational support duties as assigned.
- Previous administrative, operational support, document processing, or office coordination experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage repetitive tasks with consistency and accuracy.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work efficiently in a deadline-driven environment.
- Comfortable working with physical and digital documentation.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, scanners, and document management systems.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while supporting team operational goals.
- Reliable and highly dependable attendance and work habits.
- Strong sense of urgency and accountability.
- Ability to remain focused while handling repetitive administrative work.

- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Proven record of similar job experience is a plus.
- Language/Communication/Interpersonal: Attention to detail, accurate and timely deliverables.
- Analytical: Ability to read and correctly interpret Excel reports.
- Reasoning Ability: Excellent organization skills, ability to prioritize and work independently.
- Technology: Computer skills. Excel proficiency is a plus.
- Other: Ability to adapt in fast-paced business environment. Adherence to company’s policies, including but not limited to attendance and latency policy.

This position pays $22 per hour.
