SUMMARY
The Titles Operations Support Manager leads the administrative support functions that keep Titles Operations running efficiently. This role oversees mailroom operations, document management, work distribution, and administrative workflows to ensure paper files and documentation move accurately, timely, and efficiently throughout the department.
The manager is responsible for maintaining organized workflows, supporting production readiness, leading the Operations Support team, and ensuring operational service levels are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the daily Operations Support team and administrative workflows.
  • Oversee mail intake, document sorting, pairing, scanning, and file organization.
  • Manage work distribution, check ordering, and document routing to support production.
  • Ensure timely logging of rejections, scheduled pulling of Dead Deals and QA Ready files.
  • Monitor administrative queues and resolve workflow bottlenecks to maintain operational efficiency.
  • Establish quality standards for document handling and ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Train, coach, and develop team members while fostering accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Partner with Production, Pre-QA, DMV Operations, and Leadership to support daily operations.
  • Perform additional operational duties and projects as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience in administrative or operations support.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and prioritization skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and document management systems.
  • Experience in automotive finance, vehicle titling, or document processing operations.
  • Experience leading workflow improvements or operational projects.

COMPENSATION
$70,000 - $75,000 Annual Salary based upon experience.
