This is an onsite position located at in the Denver Tech Center in Denver Colorado.

SUMMARY
The Manager, File QA I, oversees a team responsible for auditing a file, ensure all necessary documentation is in place to send to the jurisdiction.  
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include achieving positive results in the following key areas:
  • Oversee File QA I Agents responsible for the preparations and quality check of all transactions in the Titles department.
  • Ensure the team is adhering to performance requirements and meets standard expectations.
  • Conduct 1on1s, performance reviews, PIPs as needed, and document the progress at all times.
  • Effectively handle escalated cases and provide timely and accurate solutions.
  • Monitor team’s operational readiness, work with Trainings department and Internal Quality Control manager to determine needed support. 
  • Act as a resource for all departments as it pertains to titles procedures.
  • Keep up to date on all state, county and jurisdictional statues and changes as it pertains to titles transactions.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • High school diploma or equivalent experience required. Bachelor’s diploma is a plus.
  • Minimum (1) year motor vehicle titling experience. All 50-state knowledge is a plus.  
  • Proven record of successful leadership experience in a fast-paced business environment.
  • Proven record of successful people management experience. Must have experience with direct reports and their development.  
  • Experience developing training materials, standard operating procedures, personal improvement plans.
  • Ability to interpret DMV statues, policies and procedures that pertain to the titling of motor vehicles.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills. 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Strong interpersonal skills 
  • Strong reasoning and critical thinking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and common office equipment  
  • High level of personal motivation, professionalism, and integrity required. Ability to exercise discretion and judgment.

COMPENSATION

This position pays $65K - 72K annually, based on experience.

Work week is 40 hours. Additional hours may be required based on business needs.
