Position Overview
We are seeking a creative Content Creator / On-Camera Talent to develop engaging, viral-worthy short-form video content primarily for TikTok and Instagram Reels. This is a part-time role with the potential to grow into full-time based on performance. The ideal candidate will have a passion for social media, an instinct for what resonates online, and a willingness to be the face of the brand.
Ideate, produce, and star in daily video content for TikTok and Instagram Reels.
Develop creative concepts aligned with current social media trends and brand identity.
Collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure content supports overall brand strategy and campaigns.
Focus on crafting viral-worthy content to boost organic impressions and followers.
Analyze content performance metrics to refine and optimize future content strategies.
Stay informed on platform algorithm updates and evolve content strategies accordingly.
Serve as the on-camera face of the brand; embody the brand’s values and personality in all content.
Engage with followers through comments, duets, and other platform-specific features to foster a strong community.
Participate in relevant challenges and trends that align with brand image.
Maintain a consistent posting schedule, ensuring fresh content is published daily.
Organize and manage a content calendar to plan upcoming posts and campaigns.
Coordinate with team members to ensure timely execution of ideas.
Exercise creative freedom while adhering to brand guidelines.
Propose and implement new content formats and ideas to keep social channels vibrant.
Adapt quickly to emerging trends and incorporate them into social strategy.
2–3 years of experience creating short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, or similar platforms.
Proficiency in video editing software (Capcut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and best practices.
Experience with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
Basic photography and videography skills (lighting, composition, etc.).
Excellent on-camera presence and acting abilities.
Strong creative writing skills; capable of crafting engaging scripts and captions.
Exceptional time management to handle a daily posting schedule.
Outstanding communication skills (verbal and written).
Ability to take direction and incorporate feedback into the creative process.
Self-motivated and proactive in generating fresh content ideas.
Adaptable and flexible in responding to rapidly changing social media trends.
Comfortable with public feedback and engaging with online audiences.
Growth-oriented mindset, eager to learn and improve continuously.
Willingness to experiment with new content formats and styles.
Portfolio of previous short-form videos, showcasing your ability to create engaging content.
Flexible schedule: occasional evenings or weekends for timely content creation.
Comfortable using your image and likeness as the face of the brand.
Passion for the product category and the ability to authentically represent the brand
