Job Summary
We're seeking someone who lives on TikTok and wants to turn that fluency into a career. In this role, you'll manage creator ecosystems across a growing portfolio of brands, build and scale affiliate communities, and run campaigns that drive real revenue through TikTok Shop. You'll work directly with creators every day - testing content angles, spotting trends before they peak, and using performance data to make fast, informed decisions. If you want to own outcomes, learn from leaders in the creator economy, and help shape how brands win, we want to hear from you.
This is a fully remote role open to candidates across the U.S., with a preference for those based in Austin, TX or NW Arkansas.Responsibilities
- Own affiliate strategy and program performance across a brand portfolio, driving GMV growth and shaping how brands win on TikTok Shop
- Serve as the primary point of contact for brand partners, delivering performance updates, proactive recommendations, and clear POVs on what’s working and what’s next
- Build and scale creator pipelines tailored to each brand’s audience, product category, and growth stage
- Work directly with creators and affiliates daily, building strong relationships that lead to consistent, high-performing content
- Test new messaging and content angles across the portfolio, using performance data to identify what works and scale it quickly
- Manage and grow creator communities across Discord and other channels, keeping affiliates engaged, informed, and motivated
- Design and execute affiliate campaigns, incentive structures, and creator activations that drive posting activity and sales
- Stay ahead of TikTok trends, platform updates, and algorithm shifts, and turn insights into campaign ideas before competitors
- Analyze performance data regularly and translate insights into fast, decisive strategic adjustments
Required Qualifications
- Strong familiarity with TikTok, including how creators operate, what content performs, and how TikTok Shop affiliate programs work (experience as a creator, affiliate, or program manager all count)
- A self-starter who takes ownership and figures things out without waiting for direction in a fast-moving environment
- Proactive mindset; able to identify problems early, surface opportunities, and follow through independently
- Comfortable working with performance data, including pulling reports, identifying trends, and making data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and brands simultaneously
Nice to Have
- Experience managing a TikTok Shop affiliate program or working within Seller Center / Affiliate Center
- Experience at a marketing agency or managing multiple brands at once
- Experience working with or leading support teams (e.g., coordinators, VAs)
- Exposure to paid social or digital advertising, even at a basic level
Benefits
We offer a strong, practical benefits package to support you both in and outside of work, including:
- Cell phone plan or monthly reimbursement
- Medical, dental, and vision coverage
- HSA with employer contribution
- Short- and long-term disability coverage
- Life insurance
- 401(k) with employer match
Physical Demands
This is primarily a desk-based role, with a lot of time spent working on a computer and communicating with creators and team members throughout the day.
You should be comfortable:
- Sitting or standing for extended periods (often more than half the workday)
- Using a computer and standard office tools like printers or copiers
- Performing repetitive tasks like typing, clicking, and navigating between tools
- Occasionally moving light items (for example, boxes or supplies weighing up to 10–20 pounds)
