The Opportunity:
CACI is responsible for providing comprehensive Integrated Product Support (IPS) services for the Tactical Integrated Ground Suite (TIGS) System of Systems (SoS). These services cover a range of support categories including management, engineering, maintenance, supply, data, training, continuous support, infrastructure, logistics, and personnel. The primary objective of these diverse services is to ensure warfighting readiness across the globe by increasing the operational availability and mission effectiveness of all currently deployed and future TIGS SoS.
Responsibilities:
- Serves as the contractor’s single contract manager and representative authorized to interface with the Contracting Officer, Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR), and Government customer representatives.
- Responsible for formulating and enforcing work standards, assigning contractor schedules, reviewing work discrepancies, supervising contractor personnel, and communicating policies, purposes, and goals of the organization to subordinate contractor personnel.
- Responsible for the overall contract performance and shall not serve in any other capacity under this contract.
- Manages contractor support team across all elements of the mission programs
Qualifications:
Required:
- Seven (7) years of relevant senior leadership and program manager experience with Department of Defense programs and a masters’s degree from an accredited college or university, or nine (9) years of relevant senior leadership and program manager experience with Department of Defense programs with a bachelors' degree from an accredited college or university, or twenty (20) years of relevant senior leadership and program manager experience with Department of Defense programs without a degree.
- Project Management Expertise: Proficiency in DoD program and project management methodologies, tools, and techniques. Must have experience managing large DoD IDIQ contracts.
- Elligable to be cleared to a Top Secret clearace.

- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and programs effectively in a matrixed organization.
