Key Responsibilities:
- Application Management - Managing ticketing application(s) and internal domains, including proper resolution of tickets, provisioning of users, automations/rules for tickets, routing logic, interface enhancements, maintain deployment pipelines, and optimization of the existing tickets/processes
- Data Management - Utilize various query languages to extract and populate data across relational and non-relational databases
- End-User Experience - Assist in managing and developing the current case management system and finding innovative solutions to optimize the platform(s) and processes
- Requirements Management - Gathering requirements from a large number of stakeholders. Responsible for documenting various ticketing flows and processes, database tables, and automation logic for the case management application
Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university; or equivalent application development experience
Skills and Qualifications:
- Basic understanding of data and data analytics; database knowledge a plus (Microsoft SQL Server & AWS Athena)
- Knowledge of coding principles required to support application development such as Python and JavaScript
- Basic understanding of managing Application Programming Interfaces (APIs), including design, development, deployment, and versioning
- Knowledge of implementing, maintaining, and enhancing automated build, test, and deployment pipelines
- Ability to design, write, and maintain automation scripts to improve operational efficiency and reliability
- Ability to comprehend application requirements for IT development
- Ability to learn quickly, multi-task, prioritize, work under pressure, and adapt to a rapidly changing environment
- Ability to prioritize own work and work on projects independently and within a team
- Ability to think creatively and apply logic when working through complex problems
- Ability to maintain strong relationships with various departments in the business
