Job Description
The Threat Assessment and Incident Response Expert leads the development and execution of cybersecurity threat assessments, penetration testing, and incident response plans and procedures for multiple areas; directs forensic and technical investigations, and advises governance, technical, and business leadership on results, vulnerabilities, and solutions to mitigate.Key Responsibilities• Provides technical leadership and mentoring for less-experienced team members across multiple areas of expertise; may act as a subject matter expert for learning development
• Leads evaluations and investigations for multiple or larger cybersecurity incidents; directs processes for requesting, researching, and analyzing information, including systems and applications data and records, and surveillance and counter-intelligence results, to create summary investigative reports and recommendations for action for business, governance, and technical leadership
• Leads research and analysis of potential and known threats and vulnerabilities across multiple areas and cybersecurity operational systems
• Leads the development and execution of testing plans, and partners with cybersecurity development and operations to mitigate potential issues
• Provides tactical leadership for the evaluation and development of incident response plans; directs and coordinates the execution of incident response plans to detect, alert, and contain intrusions and attacks, makes determination if any deviations from the plan are required, and informs and updates status to affected areas and senior leadership
Education• 4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred)
Experience• 7 or more years of experience (Preferred)
Supervisory Responsibilities• This job does not have supervisory duties.
Education & Experience (in lieu)• In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Compensation offered for this role is $112,000.00 - 196,750.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.The candidate(s) offered this position will be required to submit to a background investigation.
