Job Overview

Radix customers require innovative solutions that meet ever evolving mission needs. In this role, the selected candidate will be part of a talented team of mission focused engineers and analysts tasked with providing analytic support to the Threat Analysis mission while supporting the Space Defense I&W mission.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Performing Orbital and/or Threat Analysis
  • Test and evaluation of new systems and tools
  • Refinement and/or enhancement of operational procedures
  • Facilitating collection and/or sensor tasking
  • Proactive identification of Indications & Warnings (I&W)
  • Generating briefing materials to include providing status and updates to senior government leadership

Salary Range:

The salary and compensation for this position will be determined based on skill level, experience, and education as applicable. These factors include, but are not limited to responsibilities of the job, ability to fulfill all job requirements, education, experience, knowledge, skills, certifications, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, bargaining agreements (if any), or other applicable law.


Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • U.S. Citizenship
  • Currently active TS/SCI security clearance issued by a U.S. Government Entity
  • Minimum of 5 years experience performing technical analysis
  • At least 2 years experience working in a 24/7 operations center
  • Experience with astrodynamics tools and systems
  • Knowledge of space object sensor tasking
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to effectively work, and communicate, with all levels of management and individual contributors on the program team
  • Willingness to mentor, be mentored, and grow Radix's existing talent
  • Using gained program and domain knowledge to further Radix's core business efforts
  • Willingness to perform shift work.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • U.S. Government Adjudicated Full-Scope or Counterintelligence polygraph
  • Experience working across the Intelligence and Defense Communities and familiarity with their systems, tools, resources, and capabilities
