Job Description

 

  • Own your territory

Build and execute a structured weekly plan across Denver, Salt Lake City, and surrounding markets — targeting contractors, builders, and dealer partners with precision.

  • Drive contractor demand

Get on job sites, educate installers, support project execution, and become the name contractors call first when they think hardscape.

  • Grow the dealer network

Train dealer staff, keep displays brand-sharp, and ensure your partners have everything they need to win business — from samples and catalogs to marketing muscle.

  • Hunt new business relentlessly

Use data, CRM insights, and competitive intelligence to find opportunities others miss. This region is wide open — there’s ground to take.

  • Show up and follow through

Maintain 40+ CRM-logged touches per week, attend trade shows and events, and build a reputation for being the most responsive, knowledgeable rep in the market.

Qualifications

What Makes You a Strong Fit

• 2+ years of experience selling into a dealer network OR direct experience in hardscape or building materials — whether selling or installing

• A hunter's mentality — you don't wait for leads to find you, you go find them

• Strong relationship instincts — you can read a room, build trust fast, and keep it long-term

• Data fluency — you use CRM, Excel, and Power BI to sharpen strategy, not just check a box

• Mountain Region ties — existing relationships in Denver, Salt Lake City, or surrounding markets are a serious competitive advantage

• Post-secondary education and a strong, ambitious, can-do attitude• A

valid driver's license and the drive to spend meaningful time in the field, where the real work happens
