Responsibilities:- Own the full proposal/RFP/RFQ process, including intake, organization, evaluation, and submission of large bid packages.
- Coordinate cross‑functional inputs (TSS, Pricing, Sales, Operations, Commercial, Legal) and manage deadlines, checklists, and deliverables.
- Maintain and update master proposal templates to ensure consistency and compliance.
- Support bid/no‑bid decisions, preliminary commercial reviews, and manage NDAs/confidentiality requirements.
- Serve as the primary liaison for manufacturer representative firms, ensuring timely proposal inputs and compliance with forms, pricing guidance, and templates.
- Track and communicate rep performance indicators, participate in quarterly rep reviews, and support rep onboarding/training.
- Collaborate with training teams to provide materials and ensure reps are equipped with updated proposal tools and processes.
- A solid sales mindset paired with experience in manufacturing or industrial settings.
- Experience working on proposals (RFPs, RFQs), coordinating projects, or putting together service‑based quotes.
- Comfort working in industrial or technical environments.
- Nice to have familiarity with EPCs, utilities, or large industrial bidding cycles.
- Nice to have some exposure to commercial terms like NDAs or early‑stage commercial reviews.
- Nice to have experience working with independent manufacturer rep networks.
- Nice to have basic understanding of mechanical or sealing systems — training is available if you’re new to this area.
