The Role:
This is a termporary full-time remote role for a Talent Acquisition Partner based in the U.S.
We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our HR and TA team and lead full-cycle recruitment efforts during a maternity leave coverage. You’ll be responsible for managing hiring processes across multiple departments (mainly in the US), collaborating with hiring managers, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
What You’ll Do:
- Own and manage end-to-end recruitment for open roles across the US and globally (focus on go-to-market roles)
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand team needs
- Source candidates through multiple channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and agencies
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience from first touchpoint to offer stage
Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in a tech or startup environment: Skills in Interviewing and Hiring.
- Experience recruiting across a variety of roles, including technical and sales
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience with ATS platforms (Comeet experience is a plus)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple searches simultaneously
- Availability to work US hours and start by September 1st or before.
- Creativity and quick learning ability
