The Technology Project Manager will be responsible for interacting with key stakeholders across the company and the technology team to grow and scale the company’s technology platforms. This person will also work closely with Reactivate employees to improve engagement with various technology tools. This role involves collaborating with all departments to identify process inefficiencies and resolve them through software improvement projects.
We are looking for someone who is agile and adaptable, a team player, and has a strong sense of collaboration to thrive in a dynamic environment and drive impactful technology initiatives.
Responsibilities ⚙️
- Collaborate with internal department stakeholders to analyze business processes and implement technology improvements
- Capture and manage functional requirements for new project initiatives, software enhancements with business stakeholders and internal teams
- Integrate new systems and applications into business operations
- Provide status updates and recommendations for senior & executive leadership on technology initiatives
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables; develop and manage project plans and timelines
- Monitor progress, manage risks, and resolve issues to keep projects on track
- Ensure deliverables meet quality standards; oversee testing and validation processes
- Use analytics and reporting to measure project success and inform future technology strategies
- Create user documentation and support adoption of technology tools
- Coordinate user testing and feedback during development cycles
- Support management of Jira workflows for stories, tasks, and bugs; track enhancements through release
- Facilitate meetings, take detailed notes, and ensure follow-up actions are completed
Requirements 🎓
- Eligible to work in the United States without the need for employer visa sponsorship now or in the future
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in technology project management or similar role
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC), agile methodologies, and Technology infrastructure
- Experience with sprint planning, grooming, and daily SCRUM calls
- Proficiency in Jira for workflow and roadmap management
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to translate technical concepts into business language for non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to be agile, adaptable, collaborative, and a strong team player in a fast-paced environment
- Experience collaboratively and creatively driving business requirement analysis sessions preferred
The annual base salary for this position is $90,000 – $120,000. Reactivate considers several factors when determining base pay offers such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibility of the role, candidate’s work experience and/or education, training and certifications among other key skills at the time of offer.
