Summary
This Project Manager will lead engineering-focused projects for the Technology team, managing day-to-day vendor procurement activities and licensing controls. They will work with Technology leadership to define, monitor, and report on engineering health metrics, and serve as the primary coordinator for cross-platform engineering initiatives.
Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day vendor activities, including managing vendor relationships and contract management in conjunction with Procurement, Legal, and other internal teams.
- Maintain and manage licensing controls, ensuring proper usage, renewals, and budget adherence.
- Partner with Technology leadership to define key engineering health metrics and performance indicators.
- Establish monitoring processes and deliver regular reporting on engineering heath and operational performance.
- Serve as the primary coordinator for cross-platform engineering initiatives ensuring alignment across teams.
- Support process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and transparency within engineering operations.
Education, Experience, and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field; coursework in project management, vendor management, or data analytics preferred
- 0-3 years of experience in engineering, vendor management or project coordination with proven experience working on cross-functional teams
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Demonstrate attention to detail with a high level of accuracy and thoroughness
- Interest in engineering and technology processes to support and improve engineering operations

- Impactful discovery: Our researchers continue working to find answers even after testing is complete.
